Pink fish is ringing in the festivities with their latest burger – the Nordic Shrimp Mentaiko Bun.  Sweet shrimps from the northern part of Norway are being used (fun fact: these shrimps do not grow more than 6cm).  Don’t be put off by their size as they are slightly crunch and packs a real flavour.  Mentaiko and roe are also added to add on to the umami flavours.
For those craving for Asian flavours, their Singaporean Burger features their salmon patty sandwiched between soft fluffy brioche buns and topped with sambal sauce.  We would have preferred for a slightly spicier kick to the sauce.

As a side, we tried their cod fish and chips with tar tar sauce. We love how the fish was very lightly battered and retains the tenderness of the cod fish inside.

Apart from burgers, Pink Fish also serves poke bowls.  We tried their Male bowl and saba teriyaki bowl.  The latter stood out to us more as a generous slab of fish was given and the kimchi added cuts through the terriyaki taste by introducing a slightly tangy flavour and added crunch.
