
New on the menu is the Truffle Butter Lobster Roll ($30.50), an indulgent treat that is available till mid-March. What you’ll get: four ounces of juicy Maine lobster claw in melted butter, wedged between toasty brioche buns slathered in mayo and topped with Italian black truffles. This will first be exclusive to the Jewel shack for a limited time before being rolled out to the Isetan Orchard shack.


Our only gripe would be that these rolls are on the smaller side so for those with a larger appetite, you might want to go for the sides – Clam Chowder or Lobster Bisque to fill you up.
