Wait! What?! Bone marrow ($14.25) is priced less than $20? The firm-up jelly-like texture is extremely rich in gelatin, served with chilli and pita bread. The chilli gave a kick to the bone marrow with a hint of mellow sweetness.

One of the friendly service staffs has recommended octopus with potato mousse ($19.85) to us. She has shared that there are a lot of preparation work to be done like chef has to break down the tough muscle fibres and tenderized the octopus one day before cooking. Indeed, the octopus is juiciness, not rubbery at all.
