Tian Tian Fisherman’s Pier Seafood Restaurant Fried Spicy Crab in Authentic Bi Fen Tang Style
Impress your friends and family a variety of live and cooked seafood in the river breeze against the picturesque of Boat Quay.

One of my favourite dishes from Tian Tian Fisherman’s Pier Seafood Restaurant definitely goes to the Fried Spicy Crab in Authentic Bi Fen Tang Style (S$88++).

Indulge in finger-licking good Sri Lankan Crab with many spices including minced garlic, minced ginger, chilli padi, dried red chilli powder and more. This cooking style gave an intense flavour to the succulent crab. The big claws are crispy on the outside with moist and tender meat on the inside packed with a lot of heat and spices.
Tian Tian Fisherman’s Pier Seafood Restaurant Flying Noodles with Chilli Crab
Not some sorcery, the chef has painstakingly poured hot oil over “lifted” noodles continuously such that it is freezed in the air with a pair of hanging chopsticks. The Flying Noodles with Chilli Crab (S$88++) is definitely Instagram-worthy. However, we are disappointed with the chilli crab sauce. It is not spicy at all, the taste is directed towards sweet tomato.
Tian Tian Fisherman’s Pier Seafood Restaurant Braised Wild Patin Fish with Golden Soup in Claypot
Get all the benefits of collagen with the Braised Wild Patin Fish with Golden Soup in Claypot (S$68++). I’ve enjoyed the texture of the meat, it’s soft and melts in the mouth. The broth is lightly sweet, boiled using over ten different kinds of natural spices with enoki mushrooms, shredded onions and slices of beancurd. Comforting bowl of hot soup on a windy night.
Tian Tian Fisherman’s Pier Seafood Restaurant Pan - fried Guo Ba with Glutinous Rice
Different textures of pan-fried Guo Ba with Glutinous Rice (S$38 ++) from a mix of pearl, glutinous and five grains rice. The Chinese sausage and diced mushroom added a dimension and highlighted the taste in the fried rice.
Tian Tian Fisherman’s Pier Seafood Restaurant Steamlicious Set Menu
Steamlicious Steampot Set Menus feature a variety of seafood such as US live oyster, wild live prawns, live lala clams, fresh fan scallop and mini octopus alongside with golden mushroom rolls, handmade HK fish balls, steamed sliced chicken with mushroom and black fungus, steamed luffa and vermicelli with dried shrimps , and poached fragrant rice with grains and diced chicken. Not to worry if you visited on an empty stomach. I’m impressed that the steamer at the table is ready within 4 minutes for this variety of food! Despite a generous serving of prawns, we landed a little disappointment as the prawns are not fresh. Had a hard time peeling the shells off as they stick closely to the meat.
