Luke’s Goes Local series sees collaborative rolls between the crew at Luke’s Lobster Singapore and local chefs. From December to February 2022, you can look forward to two new local cuisine-inspired iterations of Lobster Rolls by Annette Tan of FatFuku and the sandwich maestros, Park Bench Deli.


We would also recommend ordering the Lobster Bisque ($12.90) to go with the rolls, because why not? Lobster, fresh cream, sweet potatoes and onions are pureed till velvety before adding chunky Maine lobster knuckle and claw meat in. Their lobster bisque is on the lighter and thinner side, so you are likely to handle finishing a portion by yourself without feeling surfeited.
