Hola to all the CBD folks looking for a new Mexican place, Huevos is located at the basement of Cross Street Exchange’s Central Food Court.

Our favourites were definitely the tacos – having tried both the Baja Taco and Cauliflower Tacos.  The latter features deep fried cauliflower seasoned with their special fajita mix and topped with a poblano cream on a bed of lettuce whilst the former has lightly battered fish on a bed of tai-coloured veg topped with mango chipotle salsa (yes there’s a slight fiery kick!) and chipotle aioli wrapped with soft corn tortilla.

We also tried the chicken quesadilla encasing chipotle chicken with some cheesy goodness and homemade salsa.  The Nachos Overload is also a good sharing dish to have, but we wish that there was more guacamole to go around!

Overall, a neat space with several dining concepts for you and your friends to hang out at!
