Melt and cook the frozen chicken broth in a regular pot.
Prepare another pot to melt the butter in a wide and tall pot. Add in garlic and stir continuously then add in mushroom.
Add in arborio rice and stir until fully toasted for about 2 minutes over low heat.
Add another cup of chicken broth and stir frequently until the stock is fully absorbed. Repeat this step for about 20 minutes until the arborio rice is fully cooked. Add in a pinch of salt (optional).
Place the cooked arborio rice in a bowl, sprinkle with finely grated Parmesan cheese and parsley.
