- 1 box Aomori scallops
- 1 tspn Olive
- 1 tspn Unsalted Butter
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper

Instructions
- Thaw the scallops in the fridge overnight. For faster thaw, submerge pack in cold water for 20 minutes.
- Finely mince a clove of garlic.
- In a regular sized bowl combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Let marinate in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
- Melt a piece of butter on hot pan. Place the scallops on the pan over medium heat. Cook each side for about 2 minutes until they are cooked throughout with a nice charred and sweet fragrance.
