Instructions
  1. Thaw the scallops in the fridge overnight. For faster thaw, submerge pack in cold water for 20 minutes.
  2. Finely mince a clove of garlic.
  3. In a regular sized bowl combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Let marinate in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
  4. Melt a piece of butter on hot pan. Place the scallops on the pan over medium heat. Cook each side for about 2 minutes until they are cooked throughout with a nice charred and sweet fragrance.
