La Ventana Singapore is situated with the art galleries and furniture shops, not where the food section is. An impressive detached black and white and confined wilderness grass for al fresco dining. Featuring the best classic Catalan dishes, some of which has been passed down for generations within the Gaig family. Carles Gaig, who owns one Michelin-starred restaurant in Barcelona. La Ventana has a long history since 1869.
Crispy Suckling Pig (Price -S$38*).
This is one of the best suckling pig. The extremely tender meat and crispy skin still lingering in my mind. They’re also thoughtful to make it a boneless suckling pig. Additional strawberry salad with chocolate sauce makes it a different tasting experience. Looking at the size of the each piece of suckling pig is similar to the measure of a strawberry, it is an expensive dish.
It’s a pity that they have removed this dish from the menu. Steak with Foie gras and asparagus.
