Restaurant Association of Singapore (RAS) being the biggest F&B Association in Singapore, with over 450 members and representing near to 700 brands in excess of 3600 0utlets. Members of the organisations which include restaurants, caterers, fast foods and food courts, with various cuisine types. The much awaited moment of the gala dinner last evening was the announcement of the winners of the RAS Epicurean Star Award 2019. With more than 100 F&B establishments were nominated across 20 categories range from the best fine-dining, casual and chain Western, Asian, Chinese and Japanese restaurants, best café, best gastro-pub, best new F&B establishment, best seafood, Mediterranean restaurants, best buffet, best buffet caterer and new category – Best Steak Restaurant. This honor is expertly assessed and to acknowledge the F&B foundations withcutting-edge concept, demonstrated continual excellence covering every basic territory and good examples motivating the business to more noteworthy statures. Special highlights of RAS Epicurean Star Award 2019 would be the announcement of the results of the 5S Excellence Award, the Star Chef Competition 2019, special recognition for EXSA 2019.
