  1. Founder Bak Kut Teh

founder bak kut teh

Over 40 years in serving Singapore’s favourite Bak Kut Teh, Founder Bak Kut Teh is known for its fresh meaty pork ribs in savoury soup.

There are 4 types of Bak Kut Teh to choose from Founder Bak Kut Teh. My favourite would be the Premium Ribs. The meat came off the bones very easily, soft and tender to the bite and marbled with the right proportion of meat and fats. If you are looking for meat with more fats, go for Premium Short Ribs and enjoy the fats that melt in the mouth. If you are more health conscious, go for Popularity Bak Kut Teh and enjoy the meat, less the fats. Soup is warm, peppery with a natural pork sweetness. I’ve drank almost 2 bowls of soup and not getting thristy after meal. Other dishes that you shouldn’t miss! Steam cod fish, crispy prawn roll, pig’s trotter and trio steam egg. Love the steam cod fish that is smooth and simply melts in the mouth.

If you’re sian of getting steamy and sweaty after a hot bowl of Bak Kut Teh, no frets! Founder Bak Kut Teh is fully air conditioned.
