Kott Don 360 | Cave-Inspired Entrance and Cosy Hanok-Inspired Interiors
Korean BBQ is everywhere in Singapore, but Kott-Don 360 stands out for both the quality of its meats and the overall dining experience.Their new VivoCity outlet makes quite the first impression with its cave-inspired entrance and cosy Hanok-inspired interiors. But the real highlight is the BBQ. The Duroc Black Pork was juicy and flavourful, while the Hanwoo beef was beautifully marbled, tender and packed with rich beefy flavour. Plus, the staff handle the grilling, so every bite arrives perfectly cooked.Beyond the meats, the Beef Tartare Bibimbap is worth ordering. The combination of wagyu tartare, egg yolk and ssamjang makes for a satisfying bowl. The Cold Kimchi Noodle also provides a refreshing contrast between bites of BBQ. Add in the free-flow banchan and attentive service, and it’s easy to see why this spot is gaining a following.
