The famous Japanese sushi / sashimi street food in Hong Kong, 勁回味. It seems that 勁回味 doesn’t have an english shop name. I have done simple translation and named it Fresh Aftertaste. The location of this japanese sushi / sashimi street food is hard to locate. However it is pretty obvious once you have reached New Mandarin Plaza at Tsim Sha Tsui. Endless long queue right infront of the fading signboard, 勁回味. There are wide price range and varieties of sashimi choices and from salmon, salmon belly, salmon roe, sweet prawn, scallop, crab meat, tuna and more. The salmon handroll costs HKD15 (SGD2.70). 勁回味 opens until 3am midnight. If you are hungry in the midnight, may wish to consider having this street food.
One of their signature sushi / sashimi is sea urchin handroll. You may choose from Canada sea urchin at HKD45(SGD8) or Japanese sea urchin at HKD50(SGD8.90). The picture above is Canada sea urchin on warm sushi rice.
The amount of crowd to be expected after 10pm. Average queuing and waiting time, 30 minutes.

You may also wish to order whole box of sea urchin for takeaway.
