Media Tasting at Ginza Lion
If you have yet to try freshly brewed beer, you have not been to Ginza Lion. A brief background of Ginza Lion Beer Hall. The first Beer Hall opened at Ginza Tokyo in 1899. It is known as “Yebisu Beer Hall”. Sapporo being the oldest beer brand in Japan Lion Quality, with more than 100 years of history. What’s the secret behind smooth and clear aftertaste? “Pouring beer in one action” is their way of enhancing the taste of beer. Sapporo beer has a strict temperature and time control; kept in a chiller at 2℃ for at least 24 hours. It is to make sure that the beer is settled down when it is poured. Through this process, the gas will have a smooth and clear aftertaste as the sharp bitterness are trapped in the foam, sealing the aromatic flavor of the beer.
Not a fan of beer, but Ginza Lion Sapporo Premium beer got me addicted for more. The beer is served in fashionable boot or mug or mass.
