The award-winning restaurant Edge reflects Master Butcher Kurt Roelli’s Homemade Pork Pate Terrine, Smoked Green Tomato, Peppercorn and Tonne De Savoy Beignet and Chef de Cuisine Howard Leong’s Cabernet Wine Poached Pigeon, Parmigiano and Chestnut Barley Risotto.


A rich and indulgent homemade Pork Pate Terrine served with Smoked Green Tomato, Peppercorn and crispy Tonne De Savoy Beignet great for a starter.


If you enjoy the wine and enjoy the food, this dish is for you! Beautiful Cabernet Wine Poached Pigeon just until rosy wine seals in the delectable flavour and it’s succulent. It is also served with Parmigiano and Chestnut Barley Risotto.

Expect a series of sweet and savoury treats including Chestnuts, Yam, Mushroom, Chinese Sausage, Red Date, Wolfberry, Gingko Nut and Dried Shrimps from Baked Eight Treasures Turkey. It is served with fragrance fried rice all wrapped in lotus leaf. The fried rice is so delicious that I gave up on low carb diet on that night.
