Making its comeback at Lime Restaurant @ PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering from 17 May to 29 June 2024, diners can feast on an array of lobster delicacies and dishes.

Standout lobster dishes that we recommend include Pickering Laksa with lobsters and the lobster claw parmesan wheel risotto. The laksa is rich in flavours, so lemak, made better with lobster added. The risotto on the other hand, is creamy and filled with flavours of the sea.

There is also a live lobster station that serves boston lobster in the following renditions: black pepper, sarawak white pepper with scallion and evaporated milk and chinese-style with glass noodles.  Our pick is the chinese-style because you can still taste the natural sweetness of the crustacean and the broth is very comforting.

The Chef’s special would be the mini California lobster rolls (although if it can be served warm that would be perfect).  Apart from lobsters, there is also a peranakan section by Chef Alvin Leong!

Don’t miss out on the spicy crab meat kueh pie tee section and Chef Alvin’s signature beef short rib rendang.
