One-Ninety Bar, located within Four Seasons Hotel Singapore proved to be a rather cozy yet elegant place for an afternoon high tea over the weekends. With its recent launch of its floral infused treats crafted by Pastry Chef Audrey Yee, be prepared for a delightful mix of sweet and savoury as you laze your afternoon away.

This lovely floral menu consists of multiple components which would be sure to get you full and satisfied. Select from the menu of hot/cold tea or coffee as you wait for the 3 tier selection of finger sandwiches, savouries and other sweet treats to arrive. Each of us are allowed to select 2 rounds of beverage and I had the hot Provencal Herb Tea which had a hint of ginger first. I would probably recommend hot tea over iced ones.

Featuring the 3rd tier: Forest Mushrooms on white bread, Spiced Carrot Salad on sourdough, Smoked Salmon and Sour Cream on Rye Bread, Cucumber and Fine Herb Cream Cheese on Sundried Tomato Bread, Egg Salad with Osetra Caviar Coupe.

Featuring the 2nd tier: Sakura Blossom Puff with Strawberry, Apricot and Pistachio Chocolate Cup, Candied Violet Macaron, Chocolate Praline.

Featuring the 1st tier: Yuzu Elderflower Meringue Tart, Raspberry-Rose Mousse, Manjari Chocolate Pot de Crème.

As you are done with the 3 tier of indulgence, freshly baked Lavender, Vanilla Scones and Brown Sugar Shortbread would be served shortly, followed by Spanich and Comte Cheese Quiche, Turkey Ham and Gruyere Cheese Toast and Brioche with Cherry Compote. 

Probably you want to keep the scones to the last as they could be rather filling. End your floral high tea session with the 2nd round of beverage or request for a refill of hot water in your pot!
