The much-anticipated Garden Vibes 2025 returned to Serangoon Gardens on 24 May 2025 bringing with it a vibrant fusion of fresh produce, community spirit and wellness.  At the heart of this year’s festivities is an exclusive 1-night only 4-course dinner at Little Farms Bar + Grill, celebrating some of the most passionate producers in the region.

Crafted around the festival’s featured partners—Green Meadows Beef, Roaring Forties Lamb, Storm + India, and Nutra Organics—the menu promises a seasonal, produce-driven experience where sustainability and flavor go hand in hand. Expect thoughtfully plated dishes, paired wines, and a warm, convivial atmosphere that captures the essence of farm-to-fork dining.

Garden Vibes 01
The meal opened with Little Farms’ signature Avocado Hummus.Creamy avocado is blended into a smooth hummus base, offering a rich and earthy depth, while a scatter of jewel-like pomegranate seeds adds bursts of sweetness and freshness. The dish is served with warm crusty Iruela olive bread, perfect for scooping the avocado hummus. A thoughtful, produce-forward start that highlights the farm-to-table ethos of the dinner.

The starter was the Green Meadows Beef Carpaccio. Delicately sliced and beautifully marbled, the beef is complemented by a silky quail egg yolk, pickled shallots, and a generous shaving of Grana Padano, creating a rich yet balanced opener that celebrates raw purity and finesse.
Garden Vibes 03
My favourite dish of the night was the Storm + India Tea-Smoked Black Cod.  This standout dish infuses the delicate sweetness of black cod with aromatic tea-smoke, resting in a briny Forsyth Island mussel broth that adds umami depth. A showcase of subtle flavors layered with sophistication.

The main came in the form of a Roaring Forties Lamb Rack. Expertly roasted and succulent, the lamb is elevated with a bold Grobrix mint zhoug (a herbaceous, spicy green sauce) and crisp kale chips that add texture and contrast. A hearty yet elegant main that speaks to the quality of the pasture-raised meat.

The evening ends on a nourishing note with a warm chocolate cake infused with collagen, paired with a delicate Yarri TA30+ honey tuile that brings floral notes and a satisfying crunch.

This dinner is more than a meal, it’s a celebration of craftsmanship, community, and conscious eating. Although available for one night only, it provided an opportunity for food lovers to savor the spirit of Garden Vibes on a plate.  Looking forward to more themed dinners at Little Farms!
