La Table d’Emma 13
La Table d’Emma serves an authentic blend of Alsace traditions and classic French cuisine. Curated by the visionary Chef Michael Muller with his rich culinary background from all over the world, including France, Jakarta and Singapore. The restaurant is built on love, affectionately named La Flemmakueche after his wife, Emma.

We are delighted to try both classic and signature dishes including Crispy Duck Leg Confit & Les Bouchées À La Reine D’Emma (butterfly puff pastries with chicken & mushroom celoué).

The duck leg confit is fork tender with addictive caramelised grapes and creamy mashed potato. We can’t get enough of the buttery butterfly puff pastries served with rich chicken & mushroom celoué.

Soupe À L’Onion Gratinée is a rich and classic beef broth served with a golden layer of croutons and melted Gruyère cheese. Definitely a comfort treat to a long day at work.

Slice open the thin crispy bread dough to reveal what’s in Comté-Crusted Seafood Bun – scallops, prawns, and crabmeat, Comté cheese and foamy clam chowder.
