Wild Butter Co is founded by Rafael in the early 2016. Rafael is a good friend of mine, who not only whips delicious home cooked French and Italian Cuisines and also handcraft healthy almond/ peanut butter. He’s also someone who emphasises on quality above anything else. All almond/ peanut butter are made with quality ingredients and natural sweeteners (raw honey and chocolate). There is also no additional trans/ saturated fat, artificial preservatives, excessive sugar and flavouring that are beneficial to our health. Every bottle of almond/ peanut butter is handcrafted by him personally on every weekend. To ensure freshness, delivery will be dispatched every Monday and orders will arrive on Tuesday. Good news! Wild Butter Co not only delivers in Singapore and also internationally, do email him for more information.
When Rafael told me that I could actually eat straight from the bottle, I was having doubts as I have never had any almond/ peanut butter by itself. After tasted butterscotch peanut butter, it had cleared my doubts. It tasted natural, with some crunch and not overly sweet unlike some peanut butters on the shelves. My mum likes it too!
FoodGem is honoured to be one of the first to explore Wild Butter Co’s new peanut butter flavour: Butterscotch
And my pick from the flavours, Maple Cinnamon. Maple Cinnamon nut butter has strong taste of cinnamon, I would advice that only cinnamon lovers to buy this. Don’t be surprised if you have noticed difference in texture with peanut butter and almond butter. Peanut butter is more liquid as it contains chocolate whereas almond butter is thicker as it contains mainly nuts and its oil. I would also advice my readers with sweet tooth to buy peanut butter as it tastes naturally sweet as compared to almond butter which is lighter on taste bud.

Can’t believe that I can make dessert with Butterscotch Peanut Butter (Top picture). Ingredients are simple and readily available in most supermarkets. I’ve used meij* plain crackers with oat and roasted almond.
Steps for FoodGem’s Crackers Stacko:
- Crunch roasted almond into smaller pieces.
- Put some Butterscotch Peanut Butter and crunched roasted almond on top of the cracker.
- Place a new piece of cracker and stack it up.
- Repeat step 2 and 3
Maple Cinnamon nut butter tasted good with crackers and almond too!
