Media Tasting at Red House Seafood at Clarke Quay

Happy to know that we get to enjoy these promotions at Clarke Quay. Something that caught my eye is DINE AND EARN$, receive S$15 eCapitaVoucher with every S$50 spent in a single receipt. Prawn roll with real crab meat inside?! Every bite of these flavoursome prawn roll is packed with nicely marinated meat with sweet flavours of crab meat. A pleasant surprise from the traditional ngoh hiong, the beancurd skin is deep fried resulting a nice crisp and contrasting texture. Accompanied with a plate of sweet and gooey sauce dished up on the side for you to dip these crispy rolls in.
Opens up the palate with Pan-fried Barramundi Fillet with Nyonya Sauce. The aromatic tangy Nyonya sauce has a balance of sourish and sweetness. Perfected on a slice of fresh flaky barramundi fillet.
If you had a long day at work, a piping hot “pao fan” is good to satisfy your tummy and chase away the day’s worries. The seafood are diced into bite-sized cubes soaked in the hot broth whereas the crispy rice grains are added separately. A wonderfully comforting seafood Pao fan that we enjoyed.
It’s definitely a steal for this 3-course takeaway set at S$55+ for two persons.
Red House Seafood at Clarke Quay is ideally located next to the taxi stand.
We were impressed with the exceptional service with minimum waiting time. Food is served at lightning speed. The service crews were smiley and welcoming. There is a large dining area on level 2. Spotted when we were on the way to the washroom.
