Launched for the first time, Szechwan Harmony is a low sugar baked mooncake infused with Shisen Hanten by Chen Kentaro’s Szechwan Harmony. An exclusive harmony blend of aged pu’er, roasted oolong, and chrysanthemum together with silky smooth lotus paste, reflecting earthy, toasty and floral notes. A comtemporary interpretation of Cantonese classic Assorted Nuts with Jamón Ibérico with a savoury flavour of Jamón Ibérico with a medley of walnut, cashew, macadamia, almond, and melon seeds.
