The porridge was cooked with a mixture of brown and white rice, dried scallops, cuttlefish, dried shrimp, tender pork collar and braised peanut. It was so fragrant and tasty on its own!

The first side dish I tried was the carrot cake that retained a firm bite without being too soft and mushy. I was really enjoying that dish. The second side dish was the prawn paste chicken and it was just as addictive. Nicely fried, savoury and tender inside. Finished up the meal with a cup of warm rose tea as well.
