Dropped by Broth & Beyond to check out their refreshed lineup for the new year and honestly, the porcini mushroom rice stole my heart. Deeply earthy, comforting, and packed with umami. That was YUM.
The menu leans into what they do best. Nourishing Yunnan broths, beautiful artisanal mushrooms flown in from Yunnan, and hearty rice bowls that feel both indulgent and wholesome. Perfect for CNY gatherings when you want something satisfying but not overly heavy.

If you’re coming with family or friends, their festive CNY set menus are great for sharing, with flame grilled meats, premium mushrooms, Wagyu, lobster and more. Bonus if you come in the evening, there’s free flow wine from 8.30pm that makes lingering at the table even more tempting.
