Media Tasting at Common Chefs Cafe
Located across the famous Sembawang White Beehoon, Common Chefs is one of the few cafes in the North. Boasting a relaxing ambience and great food, this dainty cafe makes up for a nice space to hang out with friends.
Common Chef infuses the rich and savoury flavours of chorizo into a burger that takes brunch into another level. Along with sautéed mushrooms, caramelised onions, and creamy scrambled eggs, the smoky chorizo patty is sandwiched between two fluffy brioche buns. But the Richman Burger is not complete with the velvety cheddar sauce which injects a touch of creamy goodness. Placed by the side, the tater tots shines on its own. It is usually served with the plain tater tots but we got the truffle ones instead. Tossed with some fancy white Truffle oil, the classic tater tots are brought to a whole new level of sophistication. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, we cannot get enough of these delicious potato morsels.
Rich Man Burger (available only during weekends) at $16.00.
In their menu, their savoury Wazza creations is not your typical waffle. Their Full Breakfast is the perfect brunch idea: fluffy buttermilk waffles topped with crispy bacon, melted mozzarella, mushrooms, tomatoes, and completed with a runny sunny side-up. Once its served, do dig in fast to enjoy the crunchy waffles edges before the wazza turns soggy.
Full Breakfast Wazza at $12.00.
Tossed in a house-made buffalo sauce, the crispy fried chicken wings makes an irresistible side that explodes with flavours. We highly recommend you to share this dish as the portion is pretty big. The picture reflects the size of its half portion.
