Media Tasting at Caffe Pralet
Located at the heart of Tiong Bahru, Caffe Pralet by Creative Culinaire has withstand the test of time by serving up hearty dishes for almost a decade now. Evolving with the times, Caffe Pralet has recently launch wholesome rice bowls during the day and unique fusion cuisine at night.
To start, the Chilli Crab Cheese Fries came drizzled in their signature chilli crab sauce with nacho cheese, and topped with generous chunks of shredded backfin crab meat. A unique twist to the iconic Singaporean’s seafood dish, the sweet and spicy sauce aligns seamlessly with the salty fries.

For mains, the Har Jeong Gai Charcoal Burger is bound to satisfy any hungry souls. Taking inspiration from Singaporeans’ favourite Tze Char dish, the chicken patty is marinated in a rich prawn paste and deep-fried to golden brown. Encased between charcoal brioche buns with garlic mayo and sweet chilli sauce, the Har Jeong Gai Burger is a crowd favourite.

Another crowd-pleaser is the Pulled Smoked BBQ Beef. There is nothing like a perfectly tender beef stew on a cold rainy day. Rich and savoury beef and truffle-infused mashed potato are a classic pairing that warms the soul.
