That calls a good news for all CRAB LOVERS! The crabs buffet dinner is now back with eight brand new crab creations and up to 12 tantalising selections. It is available from Thursdays to Sundays, eve of and on Public Holidays at Spice Brasserie, PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road. Each diner is also entitled for complimentary serving of Flame-grilled Mentaiko Lobsters. Discover your favourite crab creations, be it salty, spicy, savoury or sweet. The crabs are big and succulent, get ready with an empty stomach!

- Steamed Crab with Ginger, Spring Onion in Chinese Wine
- Stir Fried Crab with Jalapeno
Eating crabs can be even more indulgent by tossing crabs in a savoury and flavour packed salted egg sauce. Curry leaves for the aroma and chilli padis are added for the extra kick. Lovely combination that is so finger licking good.
Crabs are in for real heat! Stir Fried Crab with Asian Spices – This is a blend of garlic, onion, curry leave and chilli padi which provides a spicy flavour with the fragrance of the spices. The meaty crab that is scrumptious for both claw and body.
And for crab lovers who are going towards healthy ingredients like dang gui and wolfberries; Wok Fried Crab in Wu Jia Pi Wine.
Back by popular demand, Bee Hoon Crab. The rice vermicelli is soaked in the rich crab broth. Warning! It is addictive.
