Ramadan Seafood Extravaganza Buffet is back again at Holiday Inn Atrium. Lobster lovers will be delighted with unlimited servings of lobster dishes including Boston Lobsters, Spanish Lobster Paella, Slipper Lobster Thermidor, Black Pepper Lobster and more. Don’t forget to head out the outdoor BBQ station for some Grilled Bamboo Lobster and Lamb Chops.

In addition to the lobster dishes, they serve seafood on ice options including crab legs, oysters, prawns and more. This buffet has a salad bar so you might want to be good and get your greens before you gorge yourself on more food. For meat lovers, there’s also a live station offering roasted chicken, sliced-to-order sashimi station and more. A taste of nostalgia with local faves such as otah otah, mee siam and more. At any point of time when you’re feeling thirsty, feel free to head for free-flow of Ice Bandung and Ice Lime Green Tea.

Atrium Restaurant is Halal-certified from 27 May to 2 July 2017. And for our muslim friends, you may head to the designated rooms after 6pm for Maghrib prayers. They are available daily.

This buffet comes with free flow of lobster in many ways. I’ll pick the lobster that comes with lobster roes. Don’t throw these bright “coral” roes away; these are delicious morsels. The lobster meat tastes so sweet and juicy.

You shouldn’t miss some Grilled Bamboo Lobster at the outdoor BBQ station. The sweet, intense,and slightly charred taste of the Black Pepper Grilled Bamboo Lobster. 1 is definitely enough! Feeling a little greedy as I was hoping for more variety of sauces like cheese or salted egg.

There are many ready to eat food kept warm in the pot or warmer including Singapore favourite Chilli Crab, Deep Fried Fish with Black Bean Sauce, Sambal Stingray and more!

Whole roasted chicken stuffed with a delicious filling of rainbow veggies including cucumber, capsicum, tomato and more!

Take your pick from meat dishes like lamb chop, chicken thigh and more.

One certainly cannot miss dessert in a buffet. Don’t forget to leave a big space for dessert as there are 7 flavours of artisan crafted premium gelato (Thai Milk Tea, Cookies & Cream, Mocha Biscotti, Salted Caramel, Strawberry Cheesecake, Vanilla Pods, Rocky Road). Every flavour that I tasted left me wonderstruck on how rich their gelato tastes like. I’m surprised that I’ve finished the entire cup within few minutes and heading for more. Something that I dislike about buffet ice cream is that I have to scoop by myself. Feeling embarrassed as I can’t really scoop ice cream with my freezing and shaky hands. The good thing at Holiday Inn Atrium is that you need not scoop by yourself! The friendly staff will be there to assist.
