The use of original cultured butter that is painstakingly developed from raw milk. The origin of raw milk is exclusively from the Konsen area of Hokkaido. Henri Charpentier has also carved a name for itself, as the best French patisserie brand in Japan. Henri Charpentier Singapore is one of the renowned French-inspired Japanese patisseries located in Dempsey Hill.

Ten layers of moist, soft thin crepes and thick, rich custard cream.
The chocolate sphere encloses a chocolate parfait biscuit of fraise d’amande. The Signature Dome comes with a live demonstration on their mobile station. The show was great, uncovered the hidden surprise under the chocolate dome. The staff not only wiped off the excess sauce on the plate. She has also explained each layers of the ingredients patiently. Thumbs up to the good service.
The ambience is romantic and elegant. In addition, the soft champagne curtain has created a personal space to enjoy the beautiful dessert in the most relax mode. This place is great for “tai tais” to chill. Most unfortunately, I’m not one. I find that the price is pretty steep for dessert especially the dome. And I do feel the pain of spending so much. Anyway it’s still worth to visit at least once to experience the live dessert demonstration and beautiful ambience.
