Media Tasting at Route 65
Route 65, Singapore’s latest bar and kitchen, offering contemporary Asian menu. We have also spotted taste of Singapore dishes like beef rendang, carrot cake etc. With daily live performances, it’s time to chill with your friends and family. What’s even better? Route 65 is having 1 for 1 dinner mains daily from 5PM to 7PM (until end of March 2020) and S$10 set lunch for the working crowd.
A contrast in texture with a slightly crisp exterior and a soft interior of the chopped pickled radish. It is accompanied with bold savoury of pork floss and belachan cheese sauce. Also, spotted few pieces of chopped slipper lobster, it gave a constrast texture to soft pickled radish.

I can’t help but to think of Korean-style drummers. These hot sauce drummers are tossed with sweet glazed chilli. The magical drummers are not oily at all, the mild heat of the hot sauce plays nicely with the sweet sauce.

Superstar beef rendang is a crowd favourite among us. The 24 hours braised short rib is served with fried rice, cracker and pickled vegetables. The rich and tender coconut beef rendang is explosive flavourful, one bite and it melts in your mouth. Can’t seem to stop at just one serving!

The slow-cooked grilled pork ribs is generously glazed with Balinese-style bbq sauce. They’re finger licking good too!
St Louis grilled porl ribs at S$34 (whole); S$18 (half).
Donuts accompanied with three interesting Signature flavoured trio dip – bandung, kaya and peanut.

Gently cracked the top layer with a spoon to reveal the soft pudding. It may be a little too sweet for myself. Also, served with a scoop of coconut ice cream.
Creme brulee at S$10.
Interesting cocktails with a dash of alcohol served in kawaii floats.
The daily 1-for-1 main at Route 65 is definitely a steal.
