HOKKAIDO’s Bake Cheese Tart fever is now in Singapore at Ion Orchard. True to the fact that most Singaporeans are willing to queue for good food! What’s so special about Bake Cheese Tart? They are freshly baked daily, to such an extent that the shop guarantees to their freshest right until the last order. To ensure tart crispiness, Bake Cheese Tarts are “double baked”. The dough was baked first. Followed by baking together with cheese mousse. And to make delicate and fresh cheese mousse, Bake Cheese Tart uses 3 types of cheese from Hokkaido and France.
1 piece of Bake Cheese Tart is never enough. On first bite, the fresh and soft cheese melts into the mouth and dissolved. Next, the magical tart is so crispy that makes you want to have another bite. Bake Cheese Tart is definitely a divine food gem!
