Cafe 2000 at M Hotel Singapore
Guests of Cafe 2000 will be treated to a seafood and meat galore as a variety of options are offered – both traditional festive dishes and inventive ones. The former includes tender wagyu beef served with sesame sauce and oven slow-cooked oxtail with winter root vegetables; while the latter includes succulently roasted bone-in honey baked ham with pineapple orange juice and apricot and apricot honey-mustard glazed turkey, infused with aromatic herbs and accompanying cranberry and pineapple sauces.
The star of the buffet would be the barbeque section where guests can help themselves to an array of seafood (crayfish, prawn, salmon etc.), meat and skewered vegetables. The chef will grill them to perfection over charcoal before serving it at your table.
For the adventurous, there are refreshing sides such as poached prawn with mango on avocado dipping, festive salads or steamed mud crabs, alongside our usual favourites chilli and black-peppered crabs.
Your meal at Cafe 2000 will also be sweetened with their delectable desserts such as the rum and raisin chocolate log cake, Irish coffee fruit budge and for those who prefer stronger flavours, signature cempedak with coconut flakes log cake or durian puree.
